AURORAFLAIRPK — EXCHANGE POLICY

Damaged Parcel: If your Auroraflairpk bag arrives damaged, please return the parcel to the courier immediately and send us clear pictures/videos of the damaged parcel and product on WhatsApp: 📲 03224661954

Broken or Open Seal: If the parcel seal is broken, opened, or tampered with, please do not accept the parcel. Return it to the courier and send us pictures/videos for verification.

Product Defect: If you find any defect in the bag, please contact us immediately and send clear pictures/videos on the above-mentioned number. After verification, we will offer an exchange for the same bag or allow you to choose another bag of the same price. We will also provide free shipment as compensation.

Open Parcel Before Payment: 📦 You are allowed to open and check your parcel before making the payment. Please inspect the parcel in front of the courier. If you notice any damage, an open/broken seal, or a visible defect, simply return the parcel to the courier.

Important: We highly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when opening your parcel. This helps us verify any damage or defect and process your exchange smoothly.
